This paper presents a model for mastery learning. The framework this overlays the cognitive and knowledge dimensions from Krathwohl’s revision of Bloom’s Taxonomy, Revised with Polanyi's theory personal knowledge. A simplified integrates concepts subsidiary focal awareness Taxonomy levels acquisition to form new consisting two dynamic parts: base thought elevated thought. base/elevated serves as learning regards usefulness, application, integration technology into creative problem-solving process.
